One of the largest homeowners insurance companies in the U.S., has announced it will relocate its corporate headquarters from Clearwater to Westshore City Center. The publicly traded company, founded in 2012, will fully occupy an 88,643-square-foot building which is currently undergoing a $10 million renovation. With 350 current employees, Heritage plans to expand to 700 in five years.
